Therapy is the work of change and I believe it can be a transformative collaboration between the therapist and client.

How I work

My first priority is for you to feel heard and understood.

Any approaches I propose will be built on the fundamental therapeutic principles of empathy, positive regard, and honesty. CBT works very well in an online format since there are numerous interactive aspects, such as thought logs and worksheets. Studying our belief systems and automatic negative thought processes, can be simply implemented into an online session.

Mindfullness Techniques

Mindfulness techniques actively foster present-moment awareness, effectively reducing stress and profoundly enhancing mental clarity. Through practices like deep breathing, body scans, and insightful guided meditations, they deeply strengthen the vital mind-body connection. Regular, consistent practice notably improves emotional control, focus, and overall holistic well-being.
